Yes. I am aware of that. Not all CE products are restricted. The restrictions are, in fact, rather narrowly defined. In addition, Apple can grant LQMT a release, any time they want to. But I’m not going to hold my breath for that to happen.

Precisely and my guess is that it was taken down due to NDA but the other perspective could be that they didn’t know they were violating licensed agreement which also seems a bit far fetched seeing that they are still working closely with AAPL per their most recent statements. TWT & GLTALongs

That is an old link, LQMT US has always noted their non-involvment in CE. LQMT China on the other hand very openly markets and promotes CE.

All mass production orders (i.e. CE) will be going through LQMT China.

So it is nothing new and no surprise that LQMT US makes this statement.
