So you are referring to those “grey areas” of CE that LQMT can participate in so maybe once and for all someone can clarify what they are so this can be resolved. From what I can tell the peeps questioning this are not the usual skeptics and negative nellies just those longs like myself that have been taking LL at his word(s) as few and grey as they may be. One guess would be something that is CE but also medical like an AAPL watch certain there are others. GLTALongs

True... as clearly spelled out in the MTA. The problem here is that the entire CE discussion centers on the excluded CE items, and never addresses the non-excluded CE items -- of which there are many.

I don’t get why LQMT/Prof Li/BB won’t clarify the matter in plainspeak. To state unequivocally to shareholders what areas of the market are open or closed to LQMT per the terms of the PLA/MTA would hardly violate any existing NDAs nor would it necessarily broadcast intent. And it MIGHT save a couple of Terabytes of speculation and argument among our colleagues on this board regarding CE, earth curvature and angels on pinheads.
