Matt Nicosia Cofounded QSIM in 2002. He served as a Director of Quantum Sphere Inc. until 2004. Not sure why he would come and go.
$1.6 mil in convertible debt with 5billion AS. Doesn’t seem like a long hold. Just a quick flip at best IMO.
