It does not say Diabetes Relief acquisition is closed, but... the excitement of the growth story here is very real..

If not closed, it must be very close for Diabetes Relief to agree for SOAN to put out this PR!!! My guess is once acquisition is closed there will be a new CEO and management with forward plan..
