Did they get this backwards? Seems they would inspect the plant BEFORE okaying a harvest...

The Company said it was cleared to harvest shrimp on February 21st, 2019 by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD). The TPWD is a Texas State Agency that oversees and protects wildlife and their habitats. The TPWD also conducted an onsite inspection of the shrimp and the Company’s production facility on February 22nd, 2019.

Also, this was in the S-1/A just filed the other day...

- Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) - “Exotic species permit” to raise exotic shrimp (non-native to Texas). The La Coste facility is north of the coastal shrimp exclusion zone (east and south of H-35, where it intersects Hwy 21 down to Laredo) and therefore outside of TPWD’s major area of concern for exotic shrimp. Currently Active - Expires December 31, 2018.

- Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) - “Aquaculture License” for aquaculture production facilities. License to “operate a fish farm or cultured fish processing plant.” Currently Active – Expires June 30, 2018.

CHiMP CFO Delgado needs to put away the level 2 and fix this filing. It's not going to get an EFFECT anyways but he may as well TRY to make it look serious/good.

TWPD exotic species permit expired December 31, 2018! What was that fellow doing there? Was he even there?

YES THEY DID. Call the TWPD anyone that questions if the Texas Wildlife and Parks Department went into the NS faciity and passed the inspection of the shrimp, water condition, of the harvest sized shrimp as safe for consumption and sale utilizing their RAS coagulation system.

TEST PASSED BY THIRD PARTY THE TECHNOLOGY WORKS.

What the hell is going on here?!?
