Could you specifically site and provide a link to each of these governement investigations, and their conclusions?

You realize there is a difference between 'evidence' and 'proof beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law', right?

I must be missing something. I keep seeing you and other Intel supporters posting this over and over again. Have you forgotten about Digital, Compaq and Intergraph? In each of those cases, there were charges alleging unfair trade practices (strong-arm tactics in the vernacular). In each case, Intel settled for great sums of money. Generally settling for great sums of money has a tacit implication of guilt. I will agree that the FTC never found Intel guilty of these charges, but the *did* settle.
