~ JJ, Thanks For Reviewing The Relevant Material ~

Nothing financially relevant to an original purchase of any of the WMI financial offerings has been cancelled ... that’s obvious with a review of what they originally were and how they were packaged ... (~ Know What You Own ~), ...

An Accredited Investor is a Bank, A Broker, A Trust etc. ... one that is registered of course and one that is in a financial position to purchase and then receive from a Performing Trust directly ...

A purchaser on the “Secondary Market” ... through’ a Bank or a Broker , ... just like you and I, ... are actually purchasing a participation in the exact very same financial products, ... only broken down to a much lower number assigned to the purchase, to allow everyone a chance to participate ...

If you originally liked Washington Mutual Inc., ... and you also liked the dividend returns aligned with either a P or a K Washington Mutual Offering ... ? ... then you could buy those securities from your Bank, Broker, etc, considered a Direct purchase on the Secondary, ... or one may have chosen to participate with a third or fourth party provider, ... like a 401k etc. ...

People buy, Bond / Fixed Income Participation, For their dividend returns In Financial Organizations ... through their Bank, Broker etc., ... daily ...

Washington Mutual Inc., was one of the largest, ... and an innovator in the multi-national market place prior to the 2008’ seizure ...

I hope that was helpful, ... and I also hope you are doing well’ ...

The completion of Tranche 4 the last of the senior debt last Monday, ... was a big deal

Quote: "Thanks for the review again on the Preferreds. It's clear they still exist of course."

No they don't, at least not exactly the same as pre-bankruptcy...they were all converted to Preferred and Common Equity Interests with altered rights which was all laid out in the POR. Z's babble holds no water when compared to the official POR.
