TXWPD also approved all those other shrimp from all those other TX shrimp farms that DON'T USE EC RAS.

There's no way that TXWPD approval is any kind of "final test", when all those shrimp from all those shrimp farms that are ACTUALLY SELLING SHRIMP pass the same test.
