Actually, that 2 year time-span fits right in with Mark's definition of 'SOON'. :-D

Mark's plan has a hole in it. If he even comes through with a dividend, that will increase the OS (float) of VGTL and drive down the price. Wow we get x amount of shares of VGTL at .0001 and we do not even know the ratio (could be 1 share per million) and then he sells the Mikp shell to someone else and they do a reverse.

This is probably a best case scenario.
