That is a sound investment philosophy. It reduces the risk considerably. Unfortunately it reduce the rewards considerably also.

This is the penny market. The land of high risk and high rewards.

No one should be investing money in penny stocks that they can't afford to lose 100%. I have some money in the high risk category and much more in low risk. Let's call it adventure money.

If this company does anything close to what I think it can do it will improve my life style. If it fails, my life style will be unaffected.

That is the way I think penny stocks should be played. But that's just me.
