They talked about it in the annual meeting. They sold it to Aware 360 a company out of Calgary Alberta Canada. They said they had an agreement for 20% royalties. I believe the company was trying to rework the apps. They did not get any money up front so if they don’t have any sales they have no revenue. This company does safety monitoring and has technology pertaining to this.IMO this was a bad decision Aware360 got a competitor off the market at the very least for nothing. If there is revenue generated from this it will be minimal IMO. It’s the gold that keeps me here not the apps. There was never a press release as far I know. But it was talked about at the meeting I asked some questions regarding this. I have never called Aware360 about what they are doing with it. They do mention on their web site but I haven’t checked recently. If some of you have some time to call I would be curious to see what they have to say. Hope this helps.
