You know you need to stay alive for your new son ....and you know that means LDL under 100 , BMI under 25 , 10,000 steps a day ( at min. for exercise ...get the ap ) and lower blood pressure etc ...plus Vascepa

You know what you need to do ....and you need to do it for your family as well as for yourself
