There certainly is. Its a wonder the SEC hasnt stepped in even though its not an SEC registered company. This company is a pure garbage share selling scam. Always has been and always will be. A 1 for 22,000 R.S. in 2016 and a 1 for 125 spilt in 2018 the shares at UMAX arent worth a slug nickel.
Yes its called MERCY BUYING. Happens all the time on broke tickers like UMAX. Buys with a minimum number of shares to keep the price inflated hoping others will follow. UMAX is basically bankrupt. The shares arent even worth the paper they are printed on. If an investor was a shareholder of UMAX prior to September of 2018 the PPS equivalent today is a paltry 0.0048 and the outstanding share count would be about 70 BILLION.
UMAX management must think investors just fell off a turnip truck somewhere.
