Buys with a minimum number of shares to keep the price inflated hoping others will follow. UMAX is basically bankrupt. The shares arent even worth the paper they are printed on. If an investor was a shareholder of UMAX prior to September of 2018 the PPS equivalent today is a paltry 0.0048 and the outstanding share count would be about 70 BILLION. UMAX management must think investors just fell off a turnip truck somewhere.
