I’m sorry but Ponder was the biggest red flag casting a shadow over the whole thing!!
Gotta ask yourself why a guy that was supposedly a successful president of Midwest operations for AT&T would find himself in sub penny land selling shares for 250k/yr!!
And as far as Larry is concerned? Well, ... he knew from the get go that he had nothing viable to peddle, so he just kept stringing investors along until he found an exit strategy in Munro and Ponder!
Mantra was NEVER viable technology!
The proof was in the DD that not one company that ever had dealings with Larry continued the relationship! EVER!!
