YUP - And the EPA got sanctioned for that and had to make a settlement agreement DIDN'T THEY ?

As for the NRDC , they have NO SCIENTIFIC PROOF to back up their claims - SO have to deem them "FALSE"

The 2014 mine plan was put together by the EPA with no basis in reality. There is no relationship between the 2014 EPA imaginary plan and current efforts.
