i consider any time a company sells shares to be somewhat toxic. to me the share selling financing can be between slightly toxic to extremely toxic(death spiral toxic) just the way i see it. it would be a big boost for the shareholders to announce an additional source of financing soon to lighten the burden on us shareholders and allow us to make money now. time to bring in another partner.
