Brother your barking up the wrong tree here. I am 7,500 bucks and 3yrs into patent pending status for a tool that helps get packers down to depth in a dirty oil/gas well. It is not easy to get a patent.
One reason ours is hard to obtain is because there are other tools similar, but not the same, that have similar methods, but not the same.
Apparently there are many EC models as well as other RAS models. If Shmp was able to wade through all those similar patents and distinguish their product as having a unique design and method then they have what they say they have.
I’m sorry you lost money today when we rebounded. Stop trying to short and buy some to hold long. You’ll make more money and it won’t take as much effort
