Honestly Z need only hide its involvement and maintain a passive position allowing hfunds to do all the dirty work. This would be simply exploiting favorable circumstances because shareholders would gladly accept 3 dollars a share when the stock is valued at .30 cents right? However given all the information that's come into the light I dont see that scenario being possible without major scrutiny.
