Can totally see a motive from Zimmers perspective, But who else might have a motive? Something to gain?

The question to me now becomes not whether the motives exist but are they intertwined?

If Fred were only entitled to a fixed number of shares, he would have NO incentive or desire to see the stock price decline.

The motive is still there when you set a floor price and say it could be rewritten if a new deal comes along that offers a lower floor price.

Seems like something not Kosher might have occurred. Has nothing to do with a Zimmer BO rumor unless we can track down the original source. And a paper trail was most likely left to track everyone down. Is the SEC going to step in here? My guess probably not. I've heard rumors things like this are all very common place.
