I agree totally. Not just talking PR. So they need someone that knows how to do this. They obviously are lagging. First step get paper work filed to up list. Talk about it set the fire. Whats taking them so long to do this critical piece? this is killing them!!!they up list they will get a big share price increase. Then its time to get even more aggressive on pr front and talking to institutional buyers. Great time to make that massive multi billion dollar purchase of another company. Even if it means bringing in another big player and sharing the control. Also Institutions don't like the OTC generally speaking
