Knowing the huge EGO our fearless leader comes with, THAT could be the stumbling block in any negotiable partnership. Even if for the betterment of the company, I don't see him giving up the position of No. 1 decision maker to anyone. WHO can convince him to do so? I would hope someone could, but so far that does not seem like it would ever happen in his lifetime. YES it appears as if we can forget that this is a public traded company and despite the stockholders, this was, is and always will be ----'his baby'!

Well, you make good points, but I must disagree somewhat. As I have stated in earlier posts. Thus, IMO, no one is this clueless, or otherwise, this critically incompetent as a company executive. I just can't accept that reality! For BIEL to hang around for this long, as a business concern, there must be a respectable degree of business astuteness present there, somewhere. I firmly belief that this whole thing is orchestrated, leading up to some kind of future endgame. Although, I can't imagine why they would choose this strategy to pursue company success, but that's my take!! The Whole thing is weird!!
