I responded earlier to an inquiry by EM. Just checking on your credentials to properly evaluate any chemical issues with the NSI system. The Texas State authority did not mention any of these.

Depends on the voltage and electrode material. Usually EC is used to dissolve the metal electrode into the water to manufacture a metal floc (Chemical) like Aluminum or Iron coagulants...

Using Titanium electrodes (long life) they can split the salt and water and make Clorox bleach on demand, slowly over time.
