You always seem to omit the "novel" from the MOA discussion. S1R agonists do a lot of good things...maybe that's why S1Rs evolved.
Without "novel" its like claiming Dasani bottled water prevents otherwise terminal dehydration. Maybe it does but there are other options. The less apt part of this analogy is that Dasani probably does it just as well as the alternatives.
