Officer list and Business licence have been renewed on the Nevada SOS site to Feb 2020, but there is now no Central Key Index number, so I guess they have gone private.
Bummer.
Nothing has changed on my Cdn I trade account, still shares with the market price listed as N/A but reflecting 0.00 in sub total although the final $ change reflects book value of XNRGI shares.
Still have no letter or indication of partial payout or conversion.
