i agree with that statement. but the other side of the statement is it was determined the electrical hook up/ upgrade of manufacturing power was needed because existing power was present. simply meaning, they need that power upgrade because they are gonna start making product (in my opinion) . lighting, computer power and basic infrastructure power is already there. this upgrade of power is the best PR without a PR. it states the obvious.
I just want to hear who the customer is on the next earnings report
