Nice to see this as part of $ARYC's reply:

Given the value of our current partnerships, we will release these names in upcoming press releases in a manner that maximizes shareholder value. We create a win-win situation for shareholders by presenting new company developments quickly, while at the same time protecting our strategic position in the marketplace (by being strategic about when we disclose the names of our partners).

Don't they mention some partners' names in their tweets? Going on memory alone, I recall seeing Johns Hopkins, University of Illinois, a number of foreign customers, etc; 8-K's might make partnerships "official," but we already know who some of them are with.

We receive a heavy volume of shareholder email and reply as quickly as possible.

I'm thinking a lot of the emails are duplicates of each other, i.e., many people asking the same questions. Whoever is responding to the shareholders is replying with well thought out replies. Maybe they have someone, or more than one person, who is dedicated only to responding to emails. Besides being well thought out, replies are written well and in a patient manner.
