Don't they mention some partners' names in their tweets? Going on memory alone, I recall seeing Johns Hopkins, University of Illinois, a number of foreign customers, etc; 8-K's might make partnerships "official," but we already know who some of them are with.
I'm thinking a lot of the emails are duplicates of each other, i.e., many people asking the same questions. Whoever is responding to the shareholders is replying with well thought out replies. Maybe they have someone, or more than one person, who is dedicated only to responding to emails. Besides being well thought out, replies are written well and in a patient manner.
