Here are 2 emails that are of use to us shareholders

Understood however, you have stated that financials will have been released since summer of 2018 and then kept on postponing it, stated by many shareholders. What can you evidently provide other then your word that the financials won’t be postponed again and will be released in Q1-2019. I hope you do not take this the wrong way but many of us shareholders are rooting for this company to reach its potential and have put a lot of money into this company.

Dear Davinder, We appreciate your support and feedback. The financials are on time and following the industry standard 8-12 weeks per fiscal year. Based on the positive progress on the financials, we decided to file all of the 10-Ks at once, rather than year-by-year. This explains the currently filing timeline. Thanks, Mark

Thank you, for sharing the time frame the company is trying to meet. That leads me to a few more questions if you wouldn’t mind answering. Since Arrayit is releasing financials within 8-12 weeks per fiscal year, does that mean Arrayit is going to be filing as Accelerated filers? Also, the deadline is March 22nd, according to the 12th week of 2019, does that mean you will file by March 22nd or would you be able to file on the weekends? Also, after becoming current will Arrayit start naming their partnerships? In addition, will Arrayit remain in the quiet period after releasing financials? Lastly, am I able to share these emails on a public forum?

Dear Davinder, Nice to hear from you. Enclosed is the requested information. We receive a heavy volume of shareholder email and reply as quickly as possible. Given the value of our current partnerships, we will release these names in upcoming press releases in a manner that maximizes shareholder value. We create a win-win situation for shareholders by presenting new company developments quickly, while at the same time protecting our strategic position in the marketplace (by being strategic about when we disclose the names of our partners). The quiet period will extend until financials are filed and thereafter filing details will be discussed more openly. Yes. This information simply clarifies previous public information, so all information may be presented publicly.
