They edited the uptodate article but instead of improving it they made it much worse for Vascepa.
This is the same one I was looking at. The previous poster mentioned that someone told him that the article specifically said that Vascepa was "not recommended" because of the mineral oil issue. So this is a lot more benign than that, although I can't speak to whether it is better or worse than the previous article.
Anyway, I find Uptodate to be a useful resource but I don't think anyone takes it seriously as a "guideline."
