Remains a long term holding with the same cost basis. Example: if you bought AMRN for $3 and PFE did a 1:1. You now own PFE at $3 cost basis.

It won't be all stock deal. As acquirers would not want to dilute its own stocks in any M&A. The best case we can hope for is 50/50 cash and stock.
