Janice, just for the sake of clarity, did indeed the SEC suspend CRGP? I know it's been 3.5 years now but I have been under the impression that CRGP went to the grey market as a result of a U3 halt, and that the SEC never actually stepped in with a suspension given that CRGP was already locked into the grey market. Probably all just semantics but I just don't remember the SEC issuing a suspension.
