SHMP was awarded the Golden Wildlife Standard by the Dept of Texas Parks and Wildlife earlier this week which allows them to ship their shrimp intrastate. So yes they have been inspected by the state of Texas. They have had their shrimp tested and operation inspected by the TPWD. Not that that’s why pps is going higher but it just adds to the mountain of evidence - that is not fake news. They just don’t give those golden standards out to scam artists. Not saying you said they were a scam - there are people on here saying that. Anyone who knows anything about this company can wake up and smell the money - down here are all people buying all the shares (including myself) when the shaken sell.

Doubt all you want. However you can do what others have done and call TPWD and ask for the details. They will be happy to tell you what they check for and how they do it.
You are wrong the shrimp farm is no different then a deer farm, elk farm ECT. They are all regulated by the state's DNR , FISH AND GAME WILDLIFE departments. Then when this goes commercially FDA will also step in.
