I still don't understand why patients still buy gL or L.

You have the remember some insurance providers have Lovaza as the preferred drug for lowering Triglycerids in the their Formularies. Patients don't make this decision, the PCP or pharmacy does based on the insurance coverage. Good new from what iv'e seen posted United Health Care has set V as the preferred over Lovaza recently.

But we all know Triglyceride lowering is a false target! Not to mention many MO's EPA has.
