If it turns out Wavehtedh is worth 110 million dollars after all and current management will be in control of the new company, the pockets might be a little deeper than what we think.

Except for the fact that this is a microcap company and as such there is not really a large pot of gold for them to recover

As I recall Ponder was still a Director of Icld, and was thus a director Icld and SGSI for some time before he resigned from Icld???

The one that really stinks here based on what we think we know so far about Wavetech is the Pending merger today and pending completion of 12,000:1 hair cut "off with their heads" dilution of existing SGSI shareholders.

But WTH, "let them eat cake" right?
