There was news yesterday, Feb 28, dated "on February 25, 2019, Mark Malone, the President of Mikros Systems Corporation (the “Company”), was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Malone is not expected to serve on any committees of the Board."
AND HERE I THOUGHT MALONE MIGHT BE APPOINTED TO THE PR COMMITTEE (lol). Sorry, I read it again, Malone is not expected to serve...so,there must be a chance he might serve on a committee. Gee, I wonder facetiously if it will affect the stock price if he does or doesn't serve on a committee?
