Verb will be more than a year and more than 12 million dollars more in debt before maybe seeing daylight since the Oracle Marketo launch, and there was never a good explanation of what went wrong. Hopefully it is not that interactive video is not easily adopted. Maybe this will all come to fruition, but to see actual revenues, and the adoption of the interactive video platforms we are now looking into years end, or 2020, imo. This is not going to be an easy sell to new investors for a 20 million dollar funding and those of us who have been here for the past year are very forgiving in light of no adoption of the previous versions for various reasons or excuses. I personally don't believe the offering will be for more than $12.50 a share, at best, if the share price can hold where it is now until then, whenever then is. All good for the very patient. Personally the change in time frame concerns me, no matter what big names are being shouted out as possible integrations.
