Thanks PatentParsing. Quick question. I noticed in your assumptions that you state that the PTAB has already issued the Certificate of Correction but you are only counting the '13-'16 time frame for the Activision case.

It was my understanding that we would be appealing Caspar's ruling on that limitation which, if that Certificate is already issued, would seem to be a likely win and would expand upon the time frame substantially.

Given ATVI's continued revenue growth after '16 and that the additional years would be tacked on to run after '16, it seems that your figures for the ATVI case are pretty low.

So, am I incorrect in MY assumptions? Or are you simply being ultra conservative and assuming we will lose that appeal? Or??
