There are actually many types of lobsters sold commercially and many species which grow in to marketable size in well under a year.
Running into a meeting but just throwing this article I remember reading when I was doing DD. It’s old but shows some potential in the system for other species.
SHMP has years of R&D which has created a patented system for shrimp and other species. All this potential is included in the potential sale price if it were to be sold.
