They absolutely would not sit on it. I’m pretty sure they have a timeframe for release once it’s formally approved. Either way, once the SEC hands down the definitive ok, it’ll be made public. Why hold it and risk the pps suffering while the roadshow is going on. The higher the pps the fewer number of shares need to be sold for financing
