crtg. At this point I don't believe anything Kraft says! First, since when does the recipient of an agreement, in this Case CRTG and Kraft, have the common sense, or right to sever a signed agreement, which gives them something they never had before, which is now gone, leaving crtg with nothing if this scenario is true?

In that agreement, the only right(s) crtg had was to commercialize the CHS material, but nothing else more important! The Patents are solidly held by NDSU, so the grant to crtg was a limited one that USUALLY carries with it some kind of Time Limitation and money guarantees along with that! I don't know exactly how long that agreement was in effect, but I don't think it was without limitations? It seems to me that 10 years and so much money once the product is commercialized, is somewhere in the Ball Park?

For Kraft to negate that deal is nuts, for once he did that, NDSU has the right to seek another, and more qualified CEO, and leave Kraft wandering in the Dust once NDSU wants nothing more to do with them? But what do we know, only what KRAFT says, which has little credibility anymore, cannot be taken as the truth!

Then he suggests that we are waiting for Suppliers and Lending Institutions, DUH!!! Who will deal with an EX-CEO who has nothing to show he is in control anymore? IMO, Kraft, you are in for a long wait, for you have out-welcomed your presence when it comes to being a legitimate CEO of anything? But then, there has to be proof of what we are surmising to be the facts? But I do know one thing, Kraft should know this too, and that is that Hundreds of Penny Stock Companies fail every Month and for the simple reason that they took on more than they could handle, and had nowhere to turn for Financing, especially when so many years have probably gone by without much of a hint of any REGULAR money coming in soon? Are we in the same boat Mr. kraft? It could very well be, especially since the GENIUS decided that NDSU was no longer pertinent to CRTG's future Plans? It is probably the other way around, where NDSU believes that CRTG will bring them to "Nowhere Land," so good riddance to Kraft and CRTG? Like I said before, the Woman who headed the Patent Contracting segment of NDSU has either quit, failed or was forced out of her job! IMO...
