They are industry exhibitions. The Singapore show starting tomorrow bills itself as:
"The premier commercial aviation event for Asia's airlines and airports."

The Passenger Technology Solutions show the first week of April is also for the industry
"The Passenger Technology Solutions is the global event for the technologies and innovations shaping the future of the end-to-end passenger journey and provides the perfect platform for technology suppliers to network and do business with airlines and rail operators from around the globe, each looking to offer their passengers a more connected travel experience."

While the passenger is the ultimate user, IPTK's technology will be integrated into the airline's app or the IFE provider's platform, not a separate app or program the passenger has to subscribe or sign in to. It will be an added benefit for the passenger who's already using the airline app or IFE provider. So it's airlines, IFE providers, possibly others like satellite providers that IPTK is marketing to.
