I wouldn't pay more if the ask is lower, as the order would be routed for best price. Even if its not I wouldn't do that also.

I was writing that because I was curious about the 4999 trades and why people would place an order for 4999 instead of 5000. Just sharing some thoughts.

The numbers were just semi randomly picked to show my thoughts and math. I didnt use BSEG prices specifically for the example.
