That was a wise answer on his part. Reg FD applies here. His answer was sufficiently vague but still positive.
Yes there were statements made some time ago about the report being out by the end of the month. I'd have to go back and look at what was quoted but I suspect what was said was we intend or expect which is not definitive.
Given that it is quite close to the end of the month and there are shareholder expectations, a hard answer could be deemed to fall under Reg FD.
