I have chronic knee pain and ordered the 60 capsule bottle (15mg per capsule) from Elixinol and take one in the morning and one in the evening and it has worked wonders for my pain relief and anxiety.
I would recommend starting with Elixinol regular or mint tincture oil. And take the recommended dose.1/4 dropper or .5 ml twice a day. You can increase your dosage as needed. You can't take too much, so no worries about that. If you have chronic pain from arthritis you will most likely increase the dosage. I have increased to 1 ml 2 to 3 times a day.
