Sure, one could argue that GIFX is waiting till end of Q1 2019 to include the Grandex acquisition with all the filings, but I think it’s just another excuse.

Really? Well, I disagree. There's no reason to wait until the end of Q1 2019 to include Grandex, but there is a reason to include Q1 2019 because of the time frame. Grandex would just happen to be included in it. :-D
