That’s why the PR three weeks ago meant absolutely nothing, and why it looks shady that they announced a merger completion in the form of a PR before actually providing financials for the last two years and bringing the company current. Did they not book any business the last couple years? Are they not proud of their millions in brokered loans?

Sure, one could argue that GIFX is waiting till end of Q1 2019 to include the Grandex acquisition with all the filings, but I think it’s just another excuse.
