Good post, Golferman. You are right on the money. That announcement would be huge news, and it would propel the share price. And, as you said, it "will be the first catalyst," the first of many, IMHO.

I honestly believe Kim is waiting until there is enough good news to sustain a movement higher. I don't think he wants to put out good news and see a movement to .10 or higher and then have it drift back down. We have had many false starts, and I think he realizes that. Therefore, he is waiting for KBLB to advance more in Vietnam and for a sustained continuation of good news followed by a consistent systematic move higher. JMHO. GO KBLB!
