I look at it as financing as the key issue to overcome ...... Once approved it would have meant that KBLB has proven to the financier that they......

1. they have moved from phase 1 to phase 2 in Vietnam
2. have showing the ability to mass produce.
3. have showing future contracts (conditional) to the financier.


Hope it is announced soon.....I think it will be the first catalyst.
