You have hit the nail right on the head.

The website will be slightly delayed from what I hear. This is going to be some website with many outlets. From what I gathered the website can handle many products 50 something+. (Like from a distributor like Garden). And I think will have a video stream for investors. Once a month or twice a week from Mr Corr.

And yes another brewery besides Grays.

Since I don't think Rushnet has the capital to acquire Garden on its own, I believe there may be outside investors who will be acquiring Garden with Rushnet. This is why they needed Lynch's money for the Brewery.

So if I am correct, Rushnet may only be a part-owner of Garden, and outside investors will make up the rest of the ownership team.

So you should think of Rushnet only possibly getting a portion of Garden's projected $5 million revenue. If Rushnet end up being a part-owner in Garden, why should this part-owner get 100% of the revenue?
