Garden is a "distributor" who "distributes" Arizona products as well as other products. RushNet is a marketing entity who markets Rush products and soon other products after aquisition of Garden. As a marketing Agent, RushNet will not limit themselves to just one product line. They will market a varity of products. (This part is speculation and only makes economical and financial sense). Hence the formation of a seperate entity that owns the Apple Rush Line.

Garden will be/is a revenue stream for RushNet.

The foundation is being layed.

Speculation Only: I have a feeling that Apple Rush Company is somehow connected with "a" brewry (not Gary's).
